I'm Joel, and I'm going to be completely honest with you about this journey.

When my wife started talking about manifestation, embodiment, consciousness work—all of it—I thought she was losing her mind. I'd nod politely while internally thinking "This is the most woo-woo nonsense I've ever heard."

I was a systems guy. Give me processes, leverage, admin support, technology—things I could see, measure, and control. That made sense. The "inner game"? That sounded like an excuse for people who didn't want to do the real work.

I was wrong. Completely, embarrassingly wrong.

The shift happened slowly. I started noticing that the agents who were crushing it—I mean really, consistently performing at the top—weren't just working harder. They weren't just executing better systems.

They had something else. A clarity about what they wanted. A belief that they could achieve it. An identity that aligned with their goals. They operated from a completely different internal state.

And then I realized: All the systems in the world don't matter if you're not clear on what you actually want. If you don't believe you can achieve it. If your internal state is fighting your external goals.

That's when everything changed.

I stopped rolling my eyes. I started listening. I started learning. And I started applying these principles to my own business and to RCG.
