Our entry-level new hires are expected to passionately pursue our proven training process while always maintaining a coachable attitude. All agents at RCG started “from the ground up” eliminating pointless hierarchies, avoided bad habits and fostered a supportive environment.

Once you’re ready to launch as a fully-functioning, licensed real estate agent, we will provide the following:

  • Daily on-site mentoring

  • Leads are provided

  • All marketing materials and lead generation services

  • Prospecting scripts and training on what to say to convert leads

  • Buyer and Listing presentations

  • All systems: Agent website, CRM, Business Tracking, Open House Process etc.

  • Administrative support and Contract-to-Close assistance


  • Prospect 3 hours a day

  • Provide superior hospitality and concierge service while assisting sellers and buyers

  • Understand clients and guide them to define their wants, needs and goals, then tirelessly pursue the best options for them given market conditions, interest rates, legal requirements and related matters

  • Perform home evaluations to estimate property value and propose listing price based on the Appraisal Spectrum

  • Strategically assess property improvement options for selling price maximization

  • Market and present property to potential buyers with creative excellence in marketing and use of technology

  • Provide swift responses to every client contact and vendor we do do business with

  • Prepare paperwork with consistent accuracy (contracts, leases, addendums, closing statements etc)

  • Cooperate with appraisers, title companies, lenders and home inspectors

  • Develop networks and partner with attorneys, mortgage lenders, financial advisors and contractors

  • Continually pursue knowledge about real estate markets and best practices

  • Always build trust: internally and with every client


  • Must be proficient in Google Calendar, Gmail, Excel, Word

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, bartending or other industry where your track record of success was established

  • Total accountability for your work and support of your teammates

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Proven ability to learn new tasks quickly and execute them with a high level of accuracy with minimal hand holding

  • Must be reliable/dependable and readily accessible after hours to take calls and emails for emergencies, hot listings and reschedules

  • Must have access to internet and email as well as a smart mobile phone

  • Positive self-starting attitude and the desire to help

  • Ability to juggle multiple situations concurrently

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities

  • Self-directed with initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must by 18 years or older, eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Must have a reliable and insured vehicle, valid driver’s license
