Yes. Realty Concierge Group, the brokerage behind Real Estate MOO, can take over as your full-service agent at any point while you're listed with MOO. You sign one transition agreement and we take it from there.
What happens to what I already paid MOO?
What you've paid Real Estate MOO is non-refundable. There's no cancellation fee to switch.
How much does full service cost?
Full service is a commission based on your sale price, set with RCG when you sign the transition agreement. We'll go over it with you before you sign anything.
What paperwork do I sign?
A short Full-Service Transition Agreement. It replaces your MOO listing agreement and addenda for future services and starts full-service representation with RCG.
Do I have to switch to RCG, or can I hire any agent?
You can hire any agent you like. To use another brokerage, withdraw your MOO listing first. Choosing RCG keeps everything with the brokerage that already knows your home.
