I interviewed 4 agents prior to listing with Joel and I could tell from that first meeting when he showed up with a fist full of comps that he was the best choice to sell my home. He helped me properly price my home for more than I thought it was worth. He and his team sold my home in less than two weeks, for more than my asking price.
Our estate home had been with another realty for a year doing nothing. Joel made a few remodeling suggestions. He sold it for asking price in 2 weeks! 10 months later, Joel again made suggestions for our rental house. He sold it within 3 days again for asking price! Amazing and deep gratitude.
