A lot has changed since 1995 when I got into the real estate industry. There was no Google, YouTube, or Zillow—fax machines were totally in, and AOL, dial-up Internet, and email had just started! In the industry, I noticed that poor service, poor communication, and lack of trust were major pain points. If we found a way to solve these problems, the customer experience would be amazing. This is where Realty Concierge Group steps in.
