For our buyers, our virtual platform allows them to easily browse and search through our extensive inventory of properties from the comfort of their own homes. They can view high-quality photos and even 3D virtual tours of the properties they are interested in. Our agents are always available to answer any questions they may have and guide them through the buying process; including showing homes in person.


For our sellers, we offer a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages online platforms to reach a wider audience of potential buyers. We use advanced data analytics to price properties accurately and strategically market them to the right audience. Our virtual office also allows us to streamline the selling process, providing a faster and more efficient experience for sellers.


We have experienced agents who are dedicated to providing personalized service and guidance throughout the entire buying or selling process. While face-to-face interactions will remain our priority; we will also utilize video conferencing and other virtual tools to maintain open lines of communication and ensure that our clients' needs are always met. You can view properties and communicate with your agent from anywhere with an internet connection, and you can easily access and sign documents electronically.

  • Will you still offer in-person meetings? YES!

  • Will I still have a dedicated agent? Yes, you will still have a dedicated agent who will work with you throughout the entire buying or selling process. Your agent will be available to answer your questions, provide guidance and advice, and facilitate communication between you and other parties involved in the transaction.

  • How will I view properties? Besides a customized property search coming straight to your inbox; we will continue to show homes and host open houses in person with our clients.  

  • How will communication be handled? We will use a combination of in-person appointments, phone, email, and video conferencing to communicate with you throughout the buying or selling process. Your agent will be available to answer your questions and provide updates on your transaction.

  • What technology will I need? You will need a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Don’t have either? Don’t worry! We can accommodate you in order for you to receive communication.

  • How will you handle paperwork and contracts? We use secure electronic signature software to handle all paperwork and contracts. You can sign documents electronically from anywhere, and we will keep digital copies of all documents for your records. In the event that you cannot sign electronically, we will make accommodations for you to do so.This is exactly the way we’ve been doing it for years!

  • How will you handle inspections and appraisals? We work with local inspection and appraisal companies to coordinate inspections and appraisals. Your agent will attend the necessary appointments and keep you informed throughout the process and provide guidance on any necessary next steps.

  • How will you ensure the security of my information? We take the security of your information very seriously and use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. We also limit access to your information only to those who need it to facilitate your transactions.
